Our Story
The ISA Council of Origin was founded in 2026 with a singular purpose: to create a body that could unify the fragmented landscape of educational governance, research validation, and professional certification under one dignified and disciplined authority.
ISACO was conceived not merely as an accreditation body, but as the true origin point — the council from which standards flow, discoveries are validated, and legitimacy is conferred. It affirms that education and research are inseparable, and that vocational excellence deserves the same recognition as academic achievement.

The ISA Council of Origin (ISACO) is hereby established as the supreme authority and source of legitimacy for affiliated schools, institutions, and research bodies. Founded in 2026, ISACO exists to unify governance, research, and certification under one dignified and disciplined body — the council of origin where standards are born, research is validated, and legitimacy is conferred.
ISACO is created to serve as the main center of authority and innovation, intertwining Governance — providing recognition, discipline, and standards for affiliated schools; Research — acting as a hub for inquiry into technology, science, and applied innovation; and Certification — issuing acknowledgements and credentials that honor both academic achievement and vocational contribution. Education and research are inseparable under ISACO's founding principle.
Research is not a secondary function at ISACO — it is a core pillar of authority. ISACO's research mandate encompasses Scientific Inquiry, Technological Innovation, Vocational Integration, and Educational Advancement. All research findings shall be documented, reviewed by ISACO's designated directors and committees, and approved — granted legitimacy under ISACO's seal of authority.
ISACO establishes that affiliated schools are integral to its ecosystem. Affiliation is granted only to institutions that uphold ISACO's standards of dignity, credibility, and accountability. ISACO affirms that vocational experience — such as carpentry, painting, gardening, fencing, and other trades — holds equal dignity to academic achievement. Affiliated schools are active participants in ISACO's living network.
ISACO envisions itself as the supreme global authority in education, science, and technology — the main center of origin where standards are born, research is validated, and legitimacy is conferred. ISACO's authority is not temporary, but enduring. Its legacy shall be defined by the standards it establishes, the research it validates, the schools it governs, and the dignity it confers upon every learner, practitioner, and innovator.
